Feasibility & Fast Start Package | $45,000
For those exploring the possibility of opening a children’s museum or play space
We deliver a comprehensive orientation to the planning and development process, including:
- Market and demographic analysis
- Recommendations for facility size and scope
- Concept drawings and pro forma operating and capital budgets
You’ll receive a clear, actionable plan and the confidence of having seasoned industry professionals in your corner from day one. And if your dream facility is not economically sustainable, we will tell you so and why. Potentially saving you hundreds of thousands of dollars, hours, and heartache. And if your project is feasible and you decide within 90 days to work with Museum Crafters on a Turnkey Build Package, $22,500 of this fee will be credited to your build package.
Turnkey Build Package | $500K-$2.M
For clients ready to transform a “warm shell” into a fully operational children’s museum or play space
Our team takes your vision from drawings to ribbon-cutting:
- Collaborative design with transparent cost and impact analysis for each exhibit element
- Exhibit selection, fabrication, and installation
- Admissions and retail systems setup
- Security, signage, and guest flow planning
- Onsite project management through opening day
You make the key creative choices — we handle everything else. Once we agree on a price, there are no cost-overrun charges.
Managed Operations & Back-Office Support | from $2/visitor
For organizations that want professional-grade operations without the overhead
We handle the behind-the-scenes work so your local staff can focus entirely on guests. Services include:
- Finance, marketing, and retail support
- Centralized gift shop purchasing and inventory management
- Annual traveling exhibit, and ready to go annual marketing calendar of special events to drive attendance
This model leverages economies of scale to make operations more efficient and sustainable — whether you’re a nonprofit, for-profit, or municipal program.

Strategy Session | $295 (Virtual)
Not ready for a full package but need clear, expert guidance? Our Strategy Session is designed for entrepreneurs, municipalities, and nonprofit leaders who want direct answers and actionable advice before committing to a larger project.
In your one-hour virtual session, you’ll receive:
- Insight based on decades of children’s museum and play space leadership experience
- Answers to your most pressing questions about planning, building, or operating
- A written follow-up with key recommendations
If you move forward with a Feasibility & Fast Start Package, Turnkey Build Package, or Managed Operations within 90 days, we’ll credit your $295 fee toward your project.
